  • 從簽約到入住有哪些步驟？
    📮 [Application → 合約 Guidance → Deposit & 合約 Completion → 入住] You can sign the contract online without visiting in person. After applying, we will provide individual guidance. For inquiries, contact epsales@epsd.co.kr.
  • （Yonsei 學生專用）需要哪些文件？
    📮 Foreigners: Passport, Certificate of Enrollment
    Koreans: ID card, Bank account, Certificate of Enrollment Detailed guidance will be provided after application.
  • 合約期間是多久？
    📮 The minimum contract period is 1 month, and the schedule can be adjusted to match academic terms. 合約 extensions are also available for 1 month or longer, with rent for extra days calculated on a prorated daily basis. However, rent for short-term contracts may differ from long-term contracts (over one year)
  • 除租金與保證金外還有額外費用嗎？
    📮 水電瓦斯費依使用量另行計費。洗衣、倉儲等付費服務可能產生額外費用。
  • 何時可以入住？
    📮 簽約後至少 3 天（例如：週一簽約 → 週五入住）。以便進行清潔與維護。
  • 入住前需要準備什麼？
    📮 簽約後我們將提供設施與服務指引。從 App Store 或 Google Play 下載「Episode App」，提前確認重要資訊。
  • 有提供備品嗎？
    📮 不提供寢具及拋棄式用品（洗髮精、潤髮乳、牙刷、牙膏）。日常用品可在步行 2 分鐘的 E-mart 與 Daiso 購買。
  • 如何加入社群？
    📮 使用「Episode App」與鄰居連結，參加品酒聚會、讀書會等。居民可創建自己的社群或交換生活用品與食物。
  • 如何使用共享空間？
    📮 提供自習、烹飪與音樂區，開放式 Lounge 可自由使用。私人使用設施需透過「Episode App」預約。活動空間與私人工作區需額外付費。
  • 有哪些住房服務？
    📮 可透過「Episode App」申請家電與家具租借。共享空間與客廳提供定期清潔。其他服務福利將於 2025 年 6 月確定。
  • 有哪些居住規範？
    📮 · All spaces are non-smoking.
    · Residents should follow basic etiquette, such as cleaning up after using shared spaces and being mindful of noise levels.
    · A detailed guide will be provided before move-in.
  • 如何解決問題？
    📮 透過「Episode App」聯繫我們，或致電 1600-6805（10:00–18:00）處理設施或居住相關問題。
  • 退租流程如何進行？
    📮 請透過「Episode App」提前 2 個月通知合約續約或終止。將依此安排退租檢查。若提前終止，保證金退還前將扣除違約金、租金、管理費及清潔費。
