  • 契約から入居までの流れは？
    📮 [Application → 契約 Guidance → Deposit & 契約 Completion → 入居] You can sign the contract online without visiting in person. After applying, we will provide individual guidance. For inquiries, contact epsales@epsd.co.kr.
  • （Yonsei学生向け）必要書類は？
    📮 Foreigners: Passport, Certificate of Enrollment
    Koreans: ID card, Bank account, Certificate of Enrollment Detailed guidance will be provided after application.
  • 契約期間は？
    📮 The minimum contract period is 1 month, and the schedule can be adjusted to match academic terms. 契約 extensions are also available for 1 month or longer, with rent for extra days calculated on a prorated daily basis. However, rent for short-term contracts may differ from long-term contracts (over one year)
  • 賃料・保証金以外に追加費用はありますか？
    📮 水道光熱費は使用量に応じて別途請求。ランドリーや倉庫など有料サービスで追加料金が発生する場合があります。
  • いつ入居できますか？
    📮 契約後、少なくとも3日後（例：月曜契約 → 金曜入居）。清掃とメンテナンスの時間を確保します。
  • 入居前の準備は？
    📮 契約後、施設とサービスについてご案内します。App StoreまたはGoogle Playから「Episode App」をダウンロードし、重要事項を事前に確認してください。
  • アメニティは提供されますか？
    📮 寝具や使い捨て用品（シャンプー、コンディショナー、歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉）は提供されません。日用品は徒歩2分のE-martとDaisoで購入できます。
  • コミュニティへの参加方法は？
    📮 「Episode App」で隣人とつながり、ワイン会、勉強会などに参加。住民は独自のコミュニティを作ったり、生活用品や食べ物を交換したりできます。
  • 共有スペースの使い方は？
    📮 自習、料理、音楽エリアがあり、オープンラウンジは自由に利用できます。個人利用施設は「Episode App」で予約が必要です。イベントスペースとプライベートワークスペースは追加料金で利用可能。
  • どのような住宅サービスがありますか？
    📮 「Episode App」で家電・家具のレンタルを申請できます。共有スペースとリビングの定期清掃を提供。追加サービス特典は2025年6月に確定予定。
  • 居住ガイドラインはありますか？
    📮 · All spaces are non-smoking.
    · Residents should follow basic etiquette, such as cleaning up after using shared spaces and being mindful of noise levels.
    · A detailed guide will be provided before move-in.
  • 問題の解決方法は？
    📮 「Episode App」または1600-6805（10:00–18:00）にお問い合わせください。
  • 退去の流れは？
    📮 契約更新または解約は「Episode App」で2ヶ月前に通知してください。退去点検をスケジュールします。早期解約の場合、保証金返還前に違約金、賃料、管理費、清掃費が差し引かれます。
