Koreans: ID card, Bank account, Certificate of Enrollment Detailed guidance will be provided after application.

The minimum contract period is 1 month, and the schedule can be adjusted to match academic terms. 契約 extensions are also available for 1 month or longer, with rent for extra days calculated on a prorated daily basis. However, rent for short-term contracts may differ from long-term contracts (over one year)

· Residents should follow basic etiquette, such as cleaning up after using shared spaces and being mindful of noise levels.
· A detailed guide will be provided before move-in.
