The private room is fully secured, while seamlessly connected to a shared living area.  Essential furnishings such as a bed, desk, and wardrobe are provided, making it easy to settle into daily life in Korea right after move-in.

- This unit is available exclusively to current students of the Yonsei University Korean Language Institute (KLI), under an agreement with the Yonsei Office of International Affairs.
- The assigned unit may be changed to a different type with similar specifications to the 5-person unit. In such cases, advance notice will be provided.
- Available Move-in Date: August 21, 2025 
※ Minimum contract period: 1 month
- Bedding and personal hygiene items are not provided. (e.g., bedding, shampoo/conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste)
- Residents will have access to the EPISODE mobile app, which includes: QR code access to the building, general inquiries, community programs, and IoT control features.
- Air conditioning and heating can be individually controlled per unit. - No smoking is allowed in the building
